One connected server, one member and 30 deploys a month, with no card and no time limit. Custom domains with automatic HTTPS are included. Free has no email and no new database backups, and it is meant for evaluation and personal or non-commercial projects. Move to a paid plan whenever you need more. Backups you already have are never removed.
Instead of starting on Free, you can pick a 14-day trial of Starter or Pro to create a workspace, connect your servers and deploy, with no card needed. Email sending starts once you add a card on a plan that includes it. You confirm the plan, amount and currency before you're charged.
Your workspace moves to Free and you get seven days before Free's limits apply to what you already have. After that, only the first owner keeps access and only your oldest server can start new deployments. Other members are suspended rather than removed, nothing is deleted, and your apps keep running. Choosing a paid plan restores everything at once.
New workspaces start in a sender sandbox. Sending requires Starter or higher and a verified payment method, even in the sandbox, where you can email only your own workspace members, up to 50 a day. To email anyone, verify a sending domain, tell us what you will send and point your website at that domain. The limit then rises to 500 a day, and higher after 30 days at Verified with at least 100 emails sent and clean bounce and complaint rates. This protects the shared sending addresses, so everyone's email keeps reaching inboxes.
No. Paid plans have no limit on projects or services. You're limited only by what your servers can handle and our fair-use policy.
Each plan's monthly allowance is set far above normal use, because your apps build on your own server. There is also a limit on deploys in any one hour, which catches a webhook or script stuck in a loop. You can deploy again within minutes of reaching it.

Billing problems never delete or stop the apps running on your servers. They're your servers, and your workloads keep running while you sort out payment.
